Unanticipated Events Happen Occasionally
I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all of our clients. When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other clients. In order to be respectful of your fellow clients , please call us as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment.
If cancellation is necessary, we require that you call at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another client access to that appointment time.
I have adopted the following policies:
A 24 hours advance notice is required to change, cancel and/or reschedule the appointments. If 24 hours is not given, the client will be responsible to pay for the full price of the scheduled appointment.
Please be aware that when booking an appointment on the same day, it is considered set, and if changed, cancelled or rescheduled at any point after it is made, the client is responsible for paying for the full price of the appointment.
As a limited slot, I often turn away clients. please keep in mind that if inadequate notice is given it is extremely difficult to fill vacant spots. Please be courteous to other clients by respecting the policies.
No Shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forget their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show”. They will be charged 100% of their scheduled session total in order to reschedule their next appointment.
Late Shows
Each session is booked for an hour, if the client is late to the appointment, there will be no capacity to extend the session.
